Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Position Summary:

This position will be at the forefront of providing technical assistance, developing cutting edge industry vertical and add on solutions for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.

In this pivotal role, you will be provided the opportunity to work with and learn from an extremely talented and experienced team while participating in all lifecycle segments of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer engagement and software product development.

In this role, you will learn and continually be challenged. In addition to hands-on experience; ongoing mentoring will provide you with a broad set of skills and capabilities that will quickly fill in any gaps in your technical and business knowledge. You will also quickly become a subject matter expert on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product - from the role of an end user, system administrator and system customizer.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ software development experience
  • Strong communication skills; both on the phone and email.
  • Ability to solve technical issues quickly and independently.
  • Self-starter that is able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Courteous and professional demeanor
  • Enjoy working at an entrepreneurial company

Required Technical Skills:

Programming: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, ASP.NET, C#

Database: SQL Server

Other Skills: Microsoft Office

“Day in the Life” scenarios

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer may:

  • Using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, build a plugin and web resource that extends the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • Working from a functional specification document, customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM form and apply Javascript to meet the requested specifications.

  • Perform a data migration by creating data maps, processing the data and testing the results.

  • Manage incoming requests through AbleBridge portal and gathering additional information needed from customer in order to complete the request.

  • Create a custom report using SQL Server Reporting Services

  • Schedule a web meeting with a customer to diagnose an error message or unexpected behavior. Once the incident is understood, research the incident and respond to the customer outlining possible causes and solutions.



This position has tremendous growth potential as this candidate will work closely with an extremely talented team and learn to adhere to the best practices AbleBridge has created around Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and implementation.

You will gain hands-on experience working with some of the best and newest technologies available including Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, Web Services and cloud computing.
