Dalton Menhall

Sales Leader, Information Management Portfolio for Core Accounts, IBM

Dalton joined the AbleBridge Board of Advisors in 2007, bringing experience in sales discipline, operations, and value creation to AbleBridge’s vision to help any organization streamline business operations and increase business success. Dalton is currently the Information Management Portfolio Sales Leader for Core Accounts in New England at IBM. Dalton has 2 decades of sales management and sales operations experience while working at IBM, Ascential Software, and Parametric Technology (PTC). Dalton has a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from Union College.

Dennis Baldwin

Managing Partner, Breakaway Ventures

Dennis is the Founder and Managing Partner of Breakaway Ventures, a private equity firm focused on investments in innovative, high growth retail and consumer products companies. Prior to Breakaway, Dennis spent 10 years holding various positions at Reebok International. Most recently, he was the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager. Prior to that he was the SVP for global footwear where he was responsible for strategic positioning, design, development and merchandising of Reebok footwear worldwide. Dennis was also a Management Consultant with Ernst and Young LLP. Dennis has a Bachelors degree from Union College and a Masters in Industrial Relations from Cornell University.

Aaron Dufoe

General Manager - IT Professional Practice, Enterprise Strategy Group, Inc.

Aaron is the General Manager of the world-wide IT Professional Practice at ESG - an integrated IT research, analysis, and strategy firm world renowned for providing actionable insight and intelligence to the global IT community. Throughout his career, Aaron has held executive leadership positions mostly focused on Sales and Business Development. Prior to ESG, Aaron served as CEO of Scout Trading Systems, a cloud based ERP/CRM solution for the electronics distribution marketplace, which was acquired in January 2012. Prior to Scout Trading Systems, Aaron spent 9 years as the Executive Vice President of WW Sales for NTP Software, a data management software company. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Rivier College.
