Business Situation:
Autocrat was looking to better manage their customer and prospect and information and improve their sales pipeline visibility for their Food Ingredient and Food Service divisions. Autocrat utilized ACT as their central customer and contact management system but soon realized their requirements and growth plans would be better suited in a more scalable solution. They decided it was time to invest in a system that would help centralize company information with the ultimate goal of eventually streamlining operations across sales, marketing and service departments. Autocrat wanted a solution that would work within their existing infrastructure, ensure high user adoption and would be scalable and grow with their business.

Solution Overview:
Autocrat enlisted the help of AbleBridge to assist them with their Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation project. Autocrat’s decision to partner with AbleBridge was based on the breadth of experience AbleBridge had successfully implementing CRM solutions over the past decade, their expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and their focus on sales operations and metrics.
AbleBridge took Autocrat through their implementation methodology which started with defining the business requirements. It was clear the immediate need was to consolidate customer and prospect information across the Food Ingredient and Food Service divisions and create a consistent operating rhythm where they could accurately measure and manage sales pipeline. Measuring total sales pipeline across each product, territory, sales producer and sales stage was important visibility into the organization that Autocrat was looking to implement in Phase 1 of the project.
AbleBridge worked with Autocrat to translate their business requirements into functional system requirements. Once the functional requirements were defined AbleBridge executed on a functional Proof of Concept, customizations, data migration, installation and overall project management of the implementation.
Autocrat utilizes Microsoft Dynamics CRM across many facets of the organization. Most importantly, it is a tool utilized by sales management to measure sales production against sales goals, forecasting sales opportunities across product lines and accurately rates the stage of each opportunity according to Autocrat’s sales methodology.
