Position Description

AbleBridge is seeking versatile and talented CRM Project Managers to work with AbleBridge's Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers.

Project Managers are dedicated to defining and executing project initiatives. Each Project Manager will be responsible for deepening the relationship with each customer by empowering their success with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The Project Manager is a key position for the implementation and execution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AbleBridge’s Add-On Components and Industry Vertical solutions.

This position will work with a multitude of different teams including Technical Architects, Technical Support and Sales throughout the project lifecycle from strategic definition and proposal through scoping, requirements gathering, development, and implementation, user acceptance testing, and establishing and documenting business processes where needed.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, technical, and problem solving skills, as well as proven business consulting and project management experience.

Project Management Responsibilities

CRM Project Managers are responsible for business requirements, functional definition and management oversight of small and medium sized CRM projects ranging 1-8 months in duration.

  • Work with Customer Project Sponsors to clarify and define strategy & objectives, scope and CRM business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional software requirements
  • Document functional requirements into formal functional specification documents
  • Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule.
  • Develop and track project action items and issues.
  • Identify and communicate project risks
  • Responsible for the coordination and creation of project documentation and project processes.
  • Develop appropriate testing plans to ensure user acceptance, data quality, and system integrity.
  • Determine and evaluate the appropriate IT environment for customers based on the internal requirements of the CRM deployment
  • Make base level application configuration and customization in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application for Proof of Concept (POC) development.

Requirements

4-Year College or University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study.

  • 3-6 years of Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects. This includes identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements, managing schedules, tracking project progress, facilitating testing and determining and measuring success criteria.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and master technical detail related to implementing CRM.

Project management methodologies, PMP certification or project management continuing education

  • Prior experience with business software, preferably SFA/CRM implementation
  • Use of Visio and Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of MS Windows OS, MS Exchange, and MS Office
