Dennis Baldwin

Dennis is the Founder and Managing Partner of Breakaway Ventures, a private equity firm focused on investments in innovative, high growth retail and consumer products companies. Prior to Breakaway, Dennis spent 10 years holding various positions at Reebok International. Most recently, he was the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager. Prior to that he was the SVP for global footwear where he was responsible for strategic positioning, design, development and merchandising of Reebok footwear worldwide. Dennis was also a Management Consultant with Ernst and Young LLP. Dennis has a Bachelors degree from Union College and a Masters in Industrial Relations from Cornell University.

Tom Siegel

Tom is the Vice President of worldwide sales for Opalis, the leading provider of IT process automation (run book automation) software that orchestrates, integrates, and automates IT processes such as incident, problem, configuration, and change management across the IT infrastructure - all from a single console. Prior to Opalis, Tom was Vice President of Global Sales for Espial Inc., a leading provider of embedded software solutions to the IPTV industry. Before Espial, at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), over his five year tenure, Tom was a sales rep, District Manager (Boston), Regional Director (Northeast), and then UK Area Vice President. Finally at PTC, Tom held the position of Senior VP of WW Sales Operations.  Tom holds an undergraduate degree in accountancy from Bentley College and an MBA from Babson College.

Aaron Dufoe

Aaron is the Executive Vice President of worldwide sales at NTP Software, the worldwide leader in the control and management of unstructured data. Aaron brings to the company over 10 years of sales, management and technology experience in the software/technology industry. His pro-active, hands-on management style has fueled 5x revenue growth - with over 60 percent of the Global 2000 deploying NTP Software’s technology. Prior to NTP Software, Aaron was with iCOMS – an ecommerce application service provider. Aaron holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Rivier College.
